Lenten Series 2025: A Time for Quiet & Prayer

Lent is a time to renew our faith — something that requires prayer and reflection. In the Gospels, we can see how Jesus himself, in the midst of activity, always took time for silence and prayer, and we realize how important it is for us to do the same.

Have you ever wished to deepen your relationship with God? To experience a warm friendship with God? Maybe even fall in love with God – again – or for the very first time?

Join us this Lent for Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John, a 6-week journey into deeper intimacy with God through praying with the words of John the Evangelist. Participants will be invited to journal daily at home, and meet on Sunday, 8:45am to 10:15am for small group sharing facilitated by Rev Sarah.

We’ll start with an Introductory Session on March 2 and meet for 6 Sundays in Lent. Our series will conclude on Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025. A sign-up sheet will be available after service.
